Ping pong

I work like an hour a day.
Out of eight.
The rest of the time I close my eyes,
And play ping Pong.
Soothing my boredoms with indoor sports.
In mind games.
Parcheesi.

Left my frontal lobe's bike at home today.
Cranium anyone
Just me in here.
echo.
echo.

Past

A mechanic told me dents are scrapes in disguise.
Happens to be a lie
But the truth was bruised.
And I think I'm home now,
in my car-mind.

Some mornings
I have dreams
of beating up
Marines
While I walk to work
w/ my tie & shirt

Early Sunday

Easter Sunday Morning
I traveled back
into the past
I traveled back
into my past
I visited with
my relatives
in a muddy
wooden setting
I watched
my father work
in a shop
(a figure of
all my fathers)
we talked & only
the last words
I remember ...

... I'll have to wait
what will my job be
was he talking to me?
what is it?
what?
I couldn't hear
-----------------------
I sewed a piece
of magpie's hair

she asked me if I had too

You too?
me too?
Me too?!
Me also?
Me, just another?
Another, in a list of many?
Soon to be forgotten, because just another?
Another number?
Another number, in another list?
A list of many, amongst others?
Insignificant, to be degraded to a number, in another list?

No. not me too.

I am no number.

Once ...

... I went on a date that lasted 2 months.
